OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited by law.

1.  Who Can Enter: Any legal U.S. resident, other than residents of Rhode Island or Puerto Rico, who are age 18 or older by August 15, 2010. Only one registrant per household is accepted. Employees of Johnston & Murphy and members of their households or immediate families are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter : Click through a product from the email you received, enter your email address and complete a review. You must click through the email in order for your entry to be valid. You will see a “Thank you” page confirming that your review was submitted. Your email address will not be published on our website. See our privacy policy for more information.

3. Sweepstakes Dates : Reviews will be accepted until August 15, 2010. Anyone who has completed a review according to the PowerReviews usage agreement is eligible for the sweepstakes.

4. Prizes : The total retail value of the contest prize is $1000.00.  Ten (10) Gift Card prizes: $100.00 each.

5. Prize Drawing : Winners will be selected at random based on entries (reviews) obtained that include a valid email address received by August 15, 2010. The prize drawings for the sweepstakes will be held on or around August 17, 2010. 

6. Odds of Winning : Each entrant's odds of winning is dependent on the number of eligible entries (reviews) received. One review is equivalent to one entry.

7. Winner Notification : The winners will be notified via e-mail within 24 hours of the prize drawing (on or about August 18, 2010). Winners will be required to respond to the e-mail to acknowledge receipt of the prize. If no response is obtained from the winner by August 20, 2010, the prize will be awarded to a replacement winner drawn at random. Decisions about winners are final. All prizes will be awarded.

8. Limits of Liability :  We assume no liability for lost or misdirected comments or reviews whether due to technical or computer malfunctions or otherwise.

9. Change to Rules: These Official Contest Rules are subject to change.

10. Winner Publicity : Johnston & Murphy may wish to publish the Nickname and Location (city/state) of the winner, and any review comments that the winner has provided on our website. Johnston & Murphy stands by its commitments of confidentiality related to the winner’s identity and will request written permission from each winner prior to publicizing any nicknames or comments on the website or related media.
