My absolute favorite shoe. I have the saddle tan and the navy ones. Can wear it with jeans, but also wear them with my suits. Looks fantastic with colorful laces. Very durable shoe, and looks better the more you wear it.

I recommend using tan polish when scuff.
Get it "snug fit" it gives
Buy a tan belt to match the shoe
Polish the shoe before wearing for easy break in

Comments about Johnston & Murphy TYNDALL WINGTIP:

A classic wingtip shoe with a twist by going with the Olive version. J&M shoes fit my foot like a glove time in and time out and this purchase continues this trend. I'm always confident that I can order J&M shoes on-line in my size and not have to worry about sending them back for a different size. The only struggle is finding a matching belt, typically I would find this accessory within the J&M website, however, in this case I have not had any luck.

I use it for casual wear. I changed the color of the strings to blue, which kicks up a notch in terms of style. Versatility is the main reason for my purchase. I prefer a brown color sole (my comes in black). Overall, it's a great buy.

I wear these mostly with suits and dress wear, loving the fit and comfort. This is my favorite of three pairs of J&M shoes. One of my other pairs makes my feet perspire, but not these ones. As mentioned above, they are the source of many compliments, I believe due to the rich look of this leather. I love them because, although there are many cheap-looking wingtips on the market, these ones have the look and feel of quality shoes. I hope they last!

I wear the Tyndall shoe to the office to smarten up my look. The shoe always catches the eye, and is more comfortable than the Westmoreland. The sole on this shoe is what makes it good for everyday knockin' about. The only problem is that one will need another pair to give the one pair a rest.

The Tyndall Wingtip in Taupe would go great with our Garment-Washed Chinos in navy, white, sand, blue, or red. I think if you are wearing a suit, navy would be a great color for these shoes.

Does the Tyndall Wingtip in saddle tan match well with the J&M dress belt 75-6796? The belt appears darker on the website. However, there were a few mentions on here it is a fit.

I don't believe it will coordinate well as the blue wingtip needs to contrast due to the blue hue. It would go very well with a grey suit or a seersucker suit.
