• Premium Service - We restore select Johnston & Murphy shoes close to their original appearance, including, as needed: replacing full soles, heels and insoles; refinishing uppers; relining counterpockets; replacing boxer tops, handsewn plugs or elastic gores; installing new buckles or ornaments.

• Basic Service - We remove soles, heels and comfort systems on select Johnston & Murphy shoes, then place your shoes on the original lasts to ensure proper fit after restoration. A rag polish of the uppers completes the process. $90 ($100 for golf shoes)
• Refinishing Service*- Through a three-step process, we restore leather uppers to their original lustre and create a lasting beautiful shine. $30
*Torn or pierced leather cannot be mended or replaced. Creases or flexed areas cannot be removed.
