As you can imagine, we’re excited that nearly all of our stores are open and to reconnect with all of you in person. Rest assured, the health and safety of our customers and employees remains our top priority and will continue to govern our approach moving forward. Like you, we’re watching closely as things change in various states and regions.

All employees will be conducting daily health assessments before returning to work.

   
DAILY STORE CLEANING

In addition to regular cleaning throughout the day, we will be conducting thorough cleanings at the end of each day.

 
 
 
CONTACTLESS PAYMENT

We offer safe & secure contactless payment for faster checkout and reduced contact with shared surfaces.

   
FACE MASKS

Our staff will be wearing face masks and we encourage all guests to wear masks in accordance with local guidelines.

             
             
 
HAND & SURFACE SANITIZING

Hand sanitization stations will be available at the entrance of all stores and we ask that you sanitize your hands before entering. Our staff will be hand sanitizing regularly and will also be sanitizing all high-touch surfaces during the day.

   
SOCIAL DISTANCING

We will continue to maintain our high level of service, but will be working to practice safe distancing during your time in the store.

FACING THE FUTURE

Johnston & Murphy is donating 20,000 reusable masks to the Community Resource Center in Nashville. The CRC is a non-profit organization that provides supplies and support to people in need.

Most recently they supported relief efforts around the March 2020 tornadoes that struck Middle Tennessee and are now focused on providing supplies and keeping volunteers and community partners safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Johnston & Murphy is partnering with Soles4Souls to repurpose gently used footwear and donate new shoes to those in need. We are encouraging all of our customers to drop off a pair of adult or child shoes to any Johnston & Murphy store location and we will give a 25% discount off of a new pair.

Headquartered in Nashville, TN, Soles4Souls is a philanthropic organization that disrupts the cycle of poverty by creating sustainable jobs and providing relief through the distribution of new and gently worn shoes around the world.
