    I bought these in taupe & loved them. I ended up buying my best friend a pair in wine, and my mother a pair also. Mine started unraveling, so I exchanged them. This pair is doing the same thing! After speaking w a friend who bought the same taupe slipper, she told me she had the same issue, but her other color seems to be fine. I’ll be exchanging them for another color today & hope the problem goes away. There are great house shoes, but the quality of the taupe is questionable.

    A bit on tight side

    I purchased for my wife in size 10 because she usually wears 9.5. Unfortunately, something in the shoe was causing a pinch on one of her toes. I'm returning them, and no they are not available 1/2 size bigger. Even though they list this shoe as W they are a bit narrow, as usually for Johnston and M. Usually their stuff is fairly true to size, not this time. We were sorry. Even on sale price, a bit on the expensive side for what it actually turned out to be. D U

    Beautiful slipper. I purchased these in the usual size 9.5M that I wear in J&M shoes. I think because of the plush lining they were tight and my toes were right against the tip. I returned them for an exchange for a size 10 and will see if that works.
