Please bring back the old style

This is poorly made and wildly uncomfortable. I have the original version of this shoe and it seems like this style was made a cheaply as possible.

Need narrows

This shoe should be comfortable and is a good looking shoe; could use more underfoot padding. However, like many J&M women’s shoes it runs both short and wide; a bad combination. The other issue is the increase from a 9.5 to a 10 for length is a huge jump in overall shoe size with just a tiny increase in length. The difference is extreme with the 10 looking more like the size of a men’s shoe. I had the same issue with the Tracy in the Pewter color; size 10 is huge all over but the Black color size 10 is fine. Please offer more consistent sizing with a more narrow width. Shoes offered in both narrow and medium widths for women would be extremely beneficial.
