Came across J&M about 4 years ago and can not say enough about their quality in clothing, and comfort in shoes. I have purchased approx. 10 pair of shoes in the last 4 years. J&M also stands behind their products and pricing. Finally, I have personally referred 4 other friends who are now J&M loyalists.

Hey man, nice boots

Great boot at a great price. The style is very versatile, allowing the boot to be worn for a variety of occasions and out fits. The soles are made with a foam material which provides a nice cushion for your feet, great for wearing to the office in the winter months. They are true to size and look great, whether you're dressing for business casual or putting on a pair of jeans. The quality seems to be adequate for the price, so time will tell if they hold up as well as they look and feel.

Extremely Disappointed at In-store Service

The show was ordered in the store, only to state eight days after that my order had been canceled. Upon calling customer service the said it may take another eight days to refund, I paid in the store but the representative on the phone stated they would have to validate that because normally they don’t charge your card until the item ships. So in my mind the in-store sales representative found a workaround to charge me knowing that shoe was not available and had me waiting for nothing just so he could get commission. That’s a sad way to do business

This is a really nice looking and feeling boot. The only issue is that they run long. I wear a size 13, bought this in a size 12 and had to send back because it was still too long.

These boots look great and are comfortable right out of the box, but the leather does feel somewhat cheap and thin. The pull loop broke the first wear. But these are nice for the price and should last a while if not your daily boot.
