    Great fit for great shirts

    Occasionally, the dry cleaner makes off with a collar stay, or it gets bent in maintenance. It happens. These stays are fitted to match your shirt perfectly, so you are not asked to doctor a stay from a different brand to find the right fit. Stiff enough to keep your collar looking great, you have a variety of sizes to keep all of your shirts looking sharp. Stock up before you need them -- you know you'll need them.

    Convenience is Expensive

    After losing most everything in the Hurricane Harvey Flood I picked up some shirts at the cleaners, that were brought prior to the storm, only to realize I no longer had Collar Stays. Later in the day I saw a package of Collar stays at the Johnston & Murphy store and bought it. There is no question the quality was there but I never considered Collar Stays a Luxury item. A good PR gesture might be a basket of free Stays at the cash out register or a give away with a belt or new pair of shoes or some minimum purchase. The limited sales of a package of Collar Stays cannot significantly impact the bottom line.
