Shoe is comfortable, but overpriced

Shoe is comfortable, but overpriced for the quality. The right foot shoe was missing the pull on tab in the rear and the stitching for it was already loose.

Great boots for the money with the sale price

I love these boots. I’m hard on my shoes working in a repair facility and these are holding up well. Time will tell if they can make it through the year.

poor quality

boot leather felt like it was brittle and would rip. Not lined. Returned it to a J&M store. Employees asked if I was sure it was a J&M product since it was not made to standards.

Not up to quality standards

I returned these immediately. Sole was garbage and had polish in a crack used to try and fill it. Had delamination on the leather...um really? Light. Too light to be of any quality. Weighed half as much as my wingtips. Thats confusing. All in all. J&M went cheap but still wanted the price. Not a good look. Also, this pair appeared to have been returned by someone else already as one boot was sloppily laced and the other not laced at all. That does not happen on mail order J&M so...total failure and you probably lost a loyal customer of 17 years. Hope you actually read these and have a good customer retention department. What a waste of my time.

These boots are not only spiffy, but are also very comfortable. They actually dress up the regular dress shoe just by being made in a boot. All around handsome dress boot.
