    Good look. Take a bit time to break in. Insoles are too hard and laces too short.

    The shoes were well designed and very comfortable when walking. The cushion bottom was thick enough to support the heels.

    This is a good shoe to wear with jeans or khakis. Looks good and wears well. Little clunky because of the thick sole; but it’s the look of the sole I like the most.

    Construction is excellent. The shoe runs true to size, and is very comfortable. It lives up to the Johnstone & Murphy reputation.

    After years of buying cheap shoes, I decided to go with quality over quantity. In this regard, these shoes are the epitome of quality. With a full grain leather upper, these shoes look fantastic. They are casual enough to wear with jeans and are crafted with detail that enables them to be dressed up with some slacks. The soles are what I would describe as walking on a cloud. By far the most comfortable pair of shoes I’ve owned. With a gum balance and sole, walking impacts are hardly felt. As with any leather shoe, they require some breaking in, but after that they are a dream. I am very satisfied with these shoes and will be buying any future shoes from Johnston and Murphy because I know I can count on them being of the highest quality.
