I only buy shoes from J&M and that’s because I know the quality and comfort are reliable and unmatched. This particular booth is stylish yet rugged and flexible so my feet are comfortable after wearing them all day. Bought black to complement the brown one I already have and love.

Nice shoes but disappointed ☹️

The shoes are nice. Love the style and how they fit.
However, it seems that they were previously worn for a couple of times before being returned by the previous owner. I can see that the leather is wrinkled and some scratches on both sides. Quite disappointing honestly. I use to live Johnston and Murphy for the quality of their leather.

I have been a fan of Johnston & Murphy most of my life. My father is a huge fan and he passed that fandom down to me. I was given a pair of J & M boots back in 2012 and 12 years they finally gave out. You can imagine my surprise when only having the current pair for 32 days before the heel cap of the boot completely detached itself while walking. When I bought these boots I was expecting quality and durability that would hold over time; to my disappointment I did not receive that. I am so grateful to the service representative who assisted me in getting a replacement, they were amazing. I hope this new pair will last me 10 years.
