These shoes are simply the best. No break in time needed, can be worn right out of box. This was a replacement pair for defect in previous pair. Great customer service in getting the new replacement pair. JM stands by their guarantee.

Overall, the line of XC-4

Overall, the line of XC-4 shoes are wonderful. I have XC-4's in Black/Silver, Cream/Gold/Green (Green Bay Packers looking shoes) and I just took delivery of a Cream/Silver pair. The White/Black Saddle shoes had a fitting problem. The right shoe was too tight to wear, so I returned that pair to the J&M store at the Mall of America. So, I own three pairs of XC-4, which are all great. At $119 sale/clearance price, they were a bargain! The 3 pairs of XC-4's I kept would rate 5 STARS!

Toe box a bit cramped

Received the shoes in a very timely manner, but unfortunately, the shoes were too small. I have worn other J&M golf shoes in a 9.5 and they have fit me fine. This style appears to run smaller.

Shoes were too narrow. I

Shoes were too narrow. I wear J&M dress shoes and they fit me perfectly and are very comfortable. So not sure why the disparity in sizing. And don't tell me to remove insert as its needed for comfort. The J&M theory of removing insert to create a wide size is ridiculous.
